The establishment originates from the grandmother's house, finely renovated respecting its history and original character. During the work, authentic elements of the house were preserved and enhanced, such as the fireplace and the evocative stone wall, which still tell the warmth and tradition of the past.
On the lower floor of the guesthouse is Restaurant L’Ulivo, also owned by us, operating since 2015. The owner-chef Daniele, together with Maria Carla, lead the kitchen with passion and attention to detail.
Seasonality is an essential principle guiding our cuisine. We build our menu following seasonal availability and favoring local products: a choice that guarantees freshness and quality, transforming each dish into a tribute to the rhythms of nature.
We also pay great attention to the culinary traditions of the territory, offering Mediterranean cuisine in which typical Sardinian products are carefully and creatively prepared to create unique and original dishes.
