In our restaurant, we mainly offer seafood cuisine, enriched with numerous dishes that recall the tradition of our inland area, thus providing a complete gastronomic experience connected to the territory. Special attention is given to our Ogliastra culurgiones, a true flagship of the cuisine, strictly handmade in our workshop, following tradition.
Alongside the classic version, the culurgiones filled with fish are also highly appreciated, an original proposal that combines seafood cuisine with artisanal fresh pasta. During the bluefin tuna fishing season, this precious ingredient becomes the star of many dishes and is also offered in a dedicated tasting menu, with a complete menu that accompanies the guest from appetizer to main course.
The offer is completed by a carefully selected range of Sardinian wines, with particular attention to niche wineries, to best enhance the flavors of the dishes. In the summer months, it is possible to enjoy the outdoor spaces thanks to the external dehor, while in milder seasons guests can sit on the covered terrace, ideal for lunches and dinners in a relaxing atmosphere.
