Path Description

This stage opens up an extraordinary new route that enriches our journey from both a natural-environmental and historical-cultural perspective.

The holm oak woods on the limestone mountains, the large perennial spring of Pubusinu, and the Su Mannau caves are natural gems that frame the mining heritage marked by the Gutturu Pala mine with the house of Carlo Marx—who discovered it—and the Su Zurfuru mine-museum.

We can take time to visit these sites along an easy stage that is mostly downhill.
