Grandma's House is eager to welcome you, whether for one night or several nights, you will always be welcome.

You will stay in a simple house that evokes the typical and cozy atmosphere of grandmothers' homes of the past.

The feeling of all the guests who have stayed with us has been one of feeling welcomed and at home; and this is exactly our concept of hospitality;

and so we are pleased to also welcome all the people who walk the CMSB (in particular, our house is chosen by all the walkers who travel stage no. 12, but not only).

Our guests have the entire house at their disposal, but for the Santa Barbara walkers we offer the option to share spaces with other people they meet along the way.

The house consists of:

- 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with 3 single beds that can be arranged as a double room;

- a second double bedroom on the first floor; and a third passage room with a one-and-a-half bed (for a total of 5/6 beds);

- a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with TV, and a living area.

Outside there is a laundry area and a large courtyard where you can park bicycles.

Each guest is provided with all bed linen, a set of towels, and a hairdryer.

A few steps away you can reach the historic center of Fluminimaggiore, supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, pizzerias, trattorias, and farmhouses.

Also, 5 km from the town you will find the Su Mannau Caves and 11 km away the Antas temple;

while a 10-minute drive (9 km) will take you to the beautiful beaches of Portixeddu, San Niccolo-Buggerru; from here you can continue to Caladomestica, Masua, and Pan di Zucchero.

The house is ideally located for those who want to visit the splendid Dunes of Piscinas and the beach of Scivu.
