Sa Musciara is a family-run restaurant, whose cuisine is based on simplicity and the freshness of ingredients, especially those from the Mediterranean Sea, particularly tuna.
The name is closely linked to the history of the Portoscuso tuna fishery, which dates back to the early 1800s, when its waters were sailed by boats for tuna fishing, including Sa Musciara, the Rais's boat, the fishing leader, with which he could monitor the number of tuna caught in the net through a glass panel located under the keel.
Today at "Sa Musciara" you can taste many dishes based on tuna and fresh fish, among them the namesake spaghetti, but above all cordiality and kindness are the ingredients that customers most easily recognize.
The Sa Musciara Restaurant is located on Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo in an elegant and refined setting, with the possibility on nice days to dine outdoors, offering a range of fish-based dishes capable of satisfying the most demanding palate.
