- Preamble
This promotional initiative, titled “LEG’S GO 10”, is organized by the Fondazione Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara (hereafter “Fondazione CMSB”) in order to celebrate:
- the tenth anniversary of the Fondazione Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara;
- the awarding of the KOMOOT Global Choice Award 2025 to the Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara.
These terms and conditions fully regulate how to participate in, benefit from, and use the vouchers issued as part of this initiative.
- Promoting entity
The Promotional Initiative is organized by the Fondazione Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara, headquartered in Iglesias, acting as the managing body of the Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara.
- Eligible participants
The Promotional Initiative is addressed to all individuals, with no age or gender restrictions, holding the credential and/or Card (Mìnera Card)
of the Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara who wish to travel ON FOOT the Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara.
The Mìnera Card will be available for purchase from February 2026.
- Subject of the initiative
The initiative allows eligible participants to obtain personalized vouchers for overnight stays at the Posadas and partner accommodation facilities affiliated with Fondazione CMSB and participating in the initiative.
The Foundation makes 2,000 overnight stays available, each at the special price of €10.00 per night, including a basic breakfast.
Any tourist taxes, where applicable, are excluded and remain the responsibility of the user. These must be paid directly at the accommodation facility.
- Voucher
- Each voucher corresponds to one overnight stay (1 voucher = 1 night).
- Vouchers are personalized, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-refundable.
- Vouchers cannot be altered once issued.
- Each person may request vouchers corresponding to only one itinerary from among those offered during the LEG’S GO 10 promotional period.
At check-in, the guest must present the voucher to the accommodation facility, which will validate, redeem, and then invalidate it.
- How to request
Vouchers can be requested starting from Monday, January 26, 2026 by following the procedures specified on the website www.camminominerario.it.
When requesting vouchers, the customer may use an existing credential and/or card.
The customer must:
- verify in advance the availability of the chosen accommodation facility;
- request the voucher only after confirming availability.
Once the reservation has been made and the voucher redeemed, no changes can be made.
- Validity period
Vouchers may only be used for stays between February 10, 2026 and December 10, 2026.
Overnight stays during the period from June 10, 2026 to September 10, 2026, April 5 and 6, April 24 and 25, April 30 and May 1, 2026, are expressly excluded from the initiative.
PLEASE NOTE: requested vouchers will be sent via email within 7 business days.
After the expiration date, vouchers can no longer be used and will not entitle the holder to any refund or compensation.
- Customer responsibilities
The customer utilizing the service is solely responsible towards the booked accommodation facility and for the correct use of the voucher.
When using the service, the customer undertakes to:
a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
b) not use the service for unlawful purposes or for any purpose other than those intended;
c) not cause harm to people, facilities, or property;
d) abide by the rules of the host facility;
e) hold Fondazione CMSB harmless from any liability arising from non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Traveller behavior
Fondazione CMSB promotes a responsible and respectful use of the Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara. If a traveller’s behavior is disruptive, poses safety risks, or causes damage, the accommodation facility may require their immediate removal.
In such circumstances:
- the reservation may be canceled without any right to a refund;
- Fondazione CMSB will not be required to reimburse any expenses incurred by the traveller.
- Modifications and suspension of the initiative
In order to prevent abusive or fraudulent use, as well as for organizational needs or changes in market conditions, Fondazione CMSB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the initiative at any time, by giving notice on the website www.camminominerario.it.
- Applicable law
These General Conditions, the contractual relationship, and any dispute, including those of a non-contractual nature, are governed by Italian law.
