- Premises
This promotional initiative called “LEG'S GO 10” is promoted by the Fondazione Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara (hereinafter “CMSB Foundation”) in order to celebrate:
- the tenth anniversary of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail Foundation ;
- the awarding of the 2025 KOMOOT Global Choice Award to the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.
These conditions fully regulate the methods of participation, use, and use of the vouchers covered by the initiative.
- Promoter
The Promotional Initiative is proposed by the Santa Barbara Mining Trail Foundation , with registered office in Iglesias, operating as the management body of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.
- Recipients
The Promotional Initiative is aimed at all people , regardless of age or gender, in possession of the credential and/or the Card (Mìnera Card)
of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail who intend to walk the Santa Barbara Mining Trail on foot .
The Mìnera Card will be available for purchase starting in February 2026 .
- Subject of the initiative
The initiative allows recipients to obtain personalized vouchers for overnight stays at Posadas and accommodation facilities affiliated with the CMSB Foundation and participating in the initiative.
The Foundation offers 2,000 overnight stays , each at the discounted cost of €10.00 per night , including basic breakfast .
Any tourist taxes , where applicable, are excluded and are the responsibility of the user and must be paid directly to the accommodation facility.
- Voucher
- Each voucher corresponds to one night's stay (1 voucher = 1 night).
- Vouchers are nominative , non-transferable , non-convertible into cash and non-refundable .
- Vouchers cannot be modified once issued.
- Each person can request vouchers corresponding to only one itinerary among those offered during the Leg's Go 10 promotion.
Upon check-in, the Customer must present the voucher to the accommodation facility, which will validate it and subsequently redeem and invalidate it.
- How to request
Vouchers can be requested starting from Monday 26 January 2026 using the methods indicated on the website www.camminominerario.it .
When requesting vouchers, the Customer may use a credential and/or Card already in his possession ;
The Customer is required to:
- check the availability of the chosen accommodation in advance;
- proceed with the voucher request only after checking availability.
Once the booking has been made and the voucher has been redeemed, it will not be possible to make changes .
- Validity period
Vouchers can only be used between February 10, 2026 and December 10, 2026 .
Overnight stays between June 10, 2026 , and September 10, 2026, April 5 and 6, April 24 and 25, April 30, and May 1, 2026, are expressly excluded from the initiative.
ATTENTION : The requested vouchers will be sent by email within 7 working days.
Once the validity period has expired, the vouchers can no longer be used and will not give rise to any form of refund or compensation.
- Customer Responsibility
The customer using the service is solely responsible towards the booked accommodation and the correct use of the voucher.
In using the service, the Customer undertakes to:
a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
b) not to use the service for illicit purposes or purposes other than those intended;
c) not cause damage to people, structures or property;
d) respect the rules of the host facility;
e) indemnify and hold the CMSB Foundation harmless from any liability arising from failure to comply with these conditions.
- Traveler Behavior
The CMSB Foundation promotes responsible and respectful use of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail. Should the Traveler's behavior cause a disturbance, pose a safety risk, or cause damage, the accommodation may require the Traveler to be removed immediately.
In such circumstances:
- the reservation may be cancelled without the right to a refund;
- The CMSB Foundation will not be required to reimburse any expenses incurred by the Traveller.
- Changes and suspension of the initiative
In order to prevent abusive or fraudulent use, as well as for organizational needs or changes in market conditions, the CMSB Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the initiative at any time, giving notice via the website www.camminominerario.it .
- Applicable law
These General Conditions, the contractual relationship and any dispute, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by Italian law .
