Every day a new adventure discovering the Southwest Coast of Sardinia between Nature and Archaeology, on foot along the trails of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.
All year round in Sardinia, the days can be particularly pleasant and when you arrive at a Cove or a Beach you can relax on the Beach, walk barefoot along the shoreline. During my excursions, the coastal environment and beaches are considered on the same level as a mountain peak: the environment is breathed, listened to, lived.
With me, you can discover on foot the most beautiful stretches of the Coast:
the Iglesiente, from its cliffs to hidden coves through the miners' trails and Mining Sites
the Costa Verde, from granite valleys to endless beaches and very tall dunes.
Very often, during the excursions it is possible to visit Archaeological and Industrial Sites with the valuable contribution of expert local Guides.
The excursions can be daily and the Guide will meet the participants at the starting point of the excursion or a multi-day trekking mainly based at fixed locations.
The excursions, both daily and trekking, are generally of Medium Hiking Level and require an adequate level of hiking experience in an unprepared environment, uneven walking surfaces, elevation changes between 300 and 600 meters, as well as appropriate clothing and equipment for the experience.
The Guide will give precise instructions on clothing and equipment to prospective participants at the time of expressing interest and based on the type of excursion or trekking requested.
