The San Nicoló Restaurant boasts an enviable location. It overlooks the eponymous beach, a 3 km stretch of golden sand, in the Gulf of Lion. The sea-view verandas and the beautiful white terrace frame dishes from tradition skillfully innovated by the chef's creativity. Collaborating synergistically with local producers allows us to use genuine and certified raw materials respecting seasonality and sustainability. Small artisanal pasta makers prepare fresh pasta from ancient grains for us. Local farmers and vendors supply us with daily vegetables. Aromatic herbs grow abundantly in our small garden. The catch comes from our sea. The wine list, although almost entirely regional, consists of excellent labels, emerging high-level small wineries, and more well-known wineries.
