The property was originally our grandmother’s home and has been carefully renovated while preserving its history and authentic character. During the restoration, original features such as the fireplace and the beautiful stone wall were maintained and enhanced, keeping alive the warmth and atmosphere of the past.
On the ground floor of the guesthouse you will find Ristorante L’Ulivo, also owned by us and in operation since 2015. The owner and chef Daniele, together with Maria Carla, lead the kitchen with passion and attention to detail.
Seasonality is a fundamental principle that guides our cuisine. Our menu is created based on seasonal availability and local products. This approach guarantees freshness and quality, turning every dish into a tribute to the natural rhythms of the land.
We also pay special attention to local culinary traditions, offering a Mediterranean cuisine where typical Sardinian ingredients are carefully crafted to create unique and original dishes.
