The restaurant da Nicolo opened in 1969, located on one of the most beautiful seaside promenades of Sardinia. It offers: Seafood cuisine and authentic flavors. The red tuna from Carloforte is served cooked and raw in various forms, to diversify the offer the local catch of the day is the added value to our cuisine.
You will find typical dishes such as tuna capunada, Carloforte-style pie, couscous, and more elaborate dishes that give the right value to the raw material.
Definitely not to be missed are the linguine alla Nicolo, on the menu since 1973.
