IMPORTANT: To access the facility, it is essential to complete the online check-in via the email you will receive from our system. Without check-in, access to the facility will not be permitted. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
We recommend bringing a sleeping bag liner and a microfiber shower towel. However, compostable disposable sheets and towels are provided at the facility.
At the moment, pets (dogs) cannot be accommodated in this facility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: voucher valid for 12 months
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund
