IMPORTANT: To access the accommodation, you must have a Pilgrim Credential and complete the online check-in using the email you will receive from our system. Without completing the check-in, you will not be able to access the accommodation.
NOTICE – CHECK-IN HOURS AT THE POSADA DI CANDIANI
To allow guests to be identified as required by current regulations, guests must arrive at the Posada di Candiani between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
After 6:00 PM, it will not be possible to admit any guests.
We kindly ask everyone to strictly respect these hours.
PETS: Dogs are currently not allowed at this accommodation.
LUGGAGE: The Posada is closed in the morning. Anyone using a luggage transfer service is kindly requested to contact the Foundation to arrange luggage drop-off or collection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation at least 30 days in advance: full refund
Cancellation at least 7 days in advance: voucher valid for 12 months
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: no refund
