e would like to inform all hikers that thunderstorms, some of which may be severe, are currently occurring along the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.

We urge all pilgrims to exercise extreme caution and recommend that you:

• Always check the weather forecast and any weather alerts before starting a stage.

• Pay particular attention to exposed sections, river crossings, and trails that may become slippery or dangerous due to rainfall.

• If weather conditions do not allow you to walk safely, we strongly recommend postponing your departure and not setting out on the trail.

Safety comes first. Do not put yourself at risk, and always carefully assess trail conditions.
