Stage 10 – From Villacidro to Monti Mannu

Path Description

WARNING: on this stage, after passing the town of Villacidro / Loc. San Sisinnio, there is no telephone coverage; you will find Wi-Fi access at the Posada di Monti Mannu.

This stage is not too long and is fairly easy to walk.

The only demanding section is the steep climb from the church of San Sisinnio (229 m a.s.l.) to the junction with the municipal asphalt road Cariatzu (384 m a.s.l.).

The rest is an enjoyable walk along the right bank, first beside the lake and then the Rio Leni, from which you gradually ascend towards the Monti Mannu nursery and the nearby Posada.
