Since 1882, the Murgia distillery has preserved an ancient art: the production of traditional Sardinian liqueurs and, in particular, the celebrated Villacidro Giallo.

The guided tour tells the story of the company through its key figures, from founder Gennaro Murgia to the present day, weaving together the choices made by these people with the evolution of the recipes and production methods.

The plant is still fully operational today: the tour winds through the working areas, where each production stage is explained in a simple and engaging way. The visit concludes with a tasting, to savour the Villacidro Giallo and the other products of the distillery up close.
