Every day a new adventure to discover the coasts of Southern Sardinia between nature and archaeology, on foot along the paths of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.
All year round in Sardinia, the days can be particularly pleasant, and when you arrive at a cove or beach, you can relax on the sand, walking barefoot along the shoreline. During my excursions, the coastal environment and beaches are considered on the same level as a mountaintop: you breathe it, you listen to it, you experience it.
With me you can discover the most beautiful stretches of the coast on foot:
the Iglesiente, from its cliffs to the hidden coves through the miners' paths and the Mining Sites
the Costa Verde, from granite valleys to endless beaches and towering dunes.
Very often, during excursions it is possible to visit archaeological and industrial sites with the valuable assistance of expert local guides.
Excursions can be daily and the guide will meet participants at the starting point of the excursion or a multi-day trek mainly at a fixed base.
The excursions, both daily and trekking, are generally of Medium Hiking Level and require an adequate level of experience in hiking in unequipped environments, uneven walking surfaces, altitude differences between 300 and 600 metres, as well as clothing and equipment appropriate to the experience.
