The climbing day with an Alpine Guide in Sardinia is designed for those who want a completely safe rock climbing experience, tailored to their level and needs.
The activity is ideal for:
- Absolute beginners , those who have never climbed and want to try sport climbing at a crag for the first time, accompanied by a certified Alpine Guide . The day is structured as a true introduction to rock climbing , with attention to basic concepts, safety, and technique. Technical equipment can be provided by the guide.
- Beginner or intermediate climbers looking to spend one or more days at the crag, improving their climbing technique , rope management, and fluidity of movement. The lessons are completely personalized based on the starting level and individual characteristics. Equipment can also be provided.
- Experienced climbers , who climb regularly and are looking for a local Alpine Guide to climb safely on the best cliffs in Sardinia , without having to worry about logistics, materials or route selection, being able to concentrate exclusively on the quality of the rock and their experience.
- Those who wish to approach Trad climbing , through an introduction to the use of mobile protection and crack climbing techniques , in the magnificent natural settings of Capo Pecora or Masua , true reference destinations for trad climbing in Sardinia.
The meeting with the Alpine Guide will take place at an agreed point, defined based on the location chosen for the climb .
The selection of the crag or climbing area is made together with the Guide, taking into account the participant's level of experience , provenance , weather conditions and specific characteristics of the location, so as to guarantee the best possible experience in terms of safety and quality of the activity.
The climbing day will take place entirely outdoors , often in wild and unspoiled natural settings. Appropriate outdoor clothing is therefore required, as well as being independent of food and water for the entire duration of the experience.
