The climbing day with a Certified Mountain Guide in Sardinia is designed for anyone who wishes to enjoy a rock climbing experience in complete safety, tailored to their skill level and personal needs.
The activity is ideal for:
- Complete beginners who have never climbed before and would like to experience sport climbing at a crag for the first time, accompanied by a certified Mountain Guide. The day is structured as a true introduction to rock climbing, with a focus on basic concepts, safety, and technique. Technical equipment can be provided by the guide.
- Beginner or intermediate climbers who wish to spend one or more days climbing at a crag, improving their climbing technique, rope management, and movement efficiency. Instruction is fully personalized according to the participant’s starting level and individual characteristics. Equipment can also be provided.
- Experienced climbers who climb regularly and are looking for a local Mountain Guide to climb safely on the best crags in Sardinia, without having to worry about logistics, equipment, or route selection, allowing them to focus solely on the quality of the rock and the overall experience.
- Those who wish to approach Trad climbing, through an introduction to the use of traditional protection and crack climbing techniques, in the stunning natural settings of Capo Pecora or Masua, two key reference areas for trad climbing in Sardinia.
The meeting with the Mountain Guide will take place at an agreed location, depending on the chosen climbing area.
The selection of the crag or climbing area will be made together with the Guide, taking into account the participant’s experience level, place of origin, weather conditions, and the specific characteristics of the area, in order to ensure the best possible experience in terms of safety and quality.
The climbing day will take place entirely outdoors, often in wild and unspoiled natural environments. Participants are therefore required to wear appropriate outdoor clothing and to be self-sufficient with food and water for the entire duration of the activity.
