An intense, scenic experience along one of the most spectacular stretches of coastline in southern Sardinia. The inflatable boat tour departs from Masua beach and heads towards the majestic Pan di Zucchero, the tallest sea stack in the Mediterranean and an iconic symbol of the Mining Coast. We'll sail beneath towering limestone cliffs and past the historic Porto Flavia, a remarkable feat of mining archaeology carved into the rock face above the sea.
Along the way, the guide will pause at the main points of interest to share the mining and geological history of the coast. The tour continues to the striking Grotta Sardegna, a natural cave visible only from the sea, famous for its shape echoing the outline of the island and for the incredible turquoise hues of the water inside. A short 15-minute swimming stop is included during the excursion, weather permitting.
A perfect tour for anyone wishing to experience, in a short time, the wild beauty of the Mining Coast, between nature, history and crystal-clear sea.
