Autoctoni is the ideal route to discover some of Sardinia’s native grape varieties.
The experience begins with a guided visit inside Cantina Santadi. The staff will take you past the concrete tanks and into the barricaia, where the wine takes shape, and will tell you about each stage of production.
Afterwards, in a private room, you will taste five of the winery’s wines, two whites, a rosé and two reds, served with a small selection of local products.
