The Le Magie di Gioba Holiday Home is a welcoming and versatile property, currently consisting of two newly built apartments and a partially renovated studio apartment. The location is strategic: situated in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, it allows easy access to the town center, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.

The two apartments include a large garage included in the price, ideal for bicycles.

Both apartments feature a living area with a spacious kitchen and living space, equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, washing machine, comfortable sofa, and TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms and a bathroom: one apartment has two double/matrimonial bedrooms, the other has one double/matrimonial and one single bedroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished and supplied with linens. The apartments are air-conditioned and have private outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation and drying laundry. They can be rented individually or together for small groups of up to 7 people.

The studio apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, sink, and all necessary cooking utensils, plus a bathroom. It is furnished with two small beds and a nightstand, air-conditioned, and accessible from the main street through a portal leading to a private internal courtyard. Although street parking is available, the hallway and courtyard make it especially appreciated by cycling enthusiasts, who can safely store their bikes.
