The house is spread over two levels:

Main floor: Living room with a Smart TV and sofa bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and direct access to the panoramic terrace.
Upper floor: Two double bedrooms, a spacious quadruple room (consisting of one double bed and two single beds), and a second bathroom.

For your maximum comfort, the property offers air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, included bed linen and towels, and two private parking spaces.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a welcome kit that includes water, wine, and traditional Sardinian pastries.

Guests of the residence have access to the panoramic swimming pool with lifeguard service and 24-hour security.

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area: the center of Nebida is within walking distance, while Masua beach is approximately 1.2 km away.

Situated in one of the most picturesque areas of southwestern Sardinia, the house is the perfect starting point for visiting Porto Flavia, Pan di Zucchero, Masua, Cala Domestica, and the spectacular cliffside panoramic trails, all easily accessible from the village.

Upon request, it is also possible to organize dinghy excursions along the coast to discover caves, coves, and unique landscapes accessible only by sea.
