MuMA is a comfortable and accessible hostel with a unique feature: it houses a Museum that tells stories of the sea, lighthouses, aquatic fauna, and Sardinian traditions. The facility is spread over two floors connected by convenient elevators and is fully accessible, welcoming everyone.
The 32 rooms, spacious and bright, are furnished in a functional and cozy style. All are air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Sixteen rooms, overlooking the green hills, are triples or quadruples, furnished with a double bed and bunk bed or with a double bed and single bed. The other sixteen rooms, doubles, face the seafront of the town, offering enchanting awakenings with the sea in front and the lights of dawn entering through the French window. In some rooms, the sea is also featured inside, thanks to the signature rooms, decorated with lighthouses, octopuses, and seabeds created by local artists. Eight rooms (four per floor) are dedicated to guests with special mobility needs.
The hostel is also an Environmental Education Center and houses the Sea and Shipwrights Museum, which tells the story of ship carpentry, salt production, and life in the island's wetlands.
