The house is located in the Monteponi area, just a few minutes' walk from the Monteponi Mine and the Villamarina Gallery, in an ideal position for those who wish to explore the mining heritage of the area or follow the Santa Barbara Mining Path.
The center of Iglesias is easily reachable on foot or by bus, with a stop just a few steps from the accommodation. Nearby there are also bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, and pizzerias.
The house is located on the ground floor and features an independent entrance with gate, a courtyard, and a small garden, spaces that also allow for secure bicycle storage.
