Bellavista Holiday Home

The Bellavista Holiday Home is located in the oldest district of the historic center of Iglesias, known as La Costiera, in a panoramic, quiet, and charming location. The property can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for small groups and solo walkers.

On the first floor there is a cozy living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a room with a single bed, as well as a bathroom. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the street below.

On the second floor there is a second bathroom, a large and bright kitchen with a fireplace, dining table, lounge, and a fully equipped kitchenette. From here you can access the panoramic terrace with glass walls, furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, with a splendid view of the city, the surrounding hills, and the main symbols of Iglesias, such as the Salvaterra Castle, the bell tower with clock of the Church of the Immaculate, and the characteristic umbrellas of the historic center.

The kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery, plates, cups, containers for sugar, salt, and coffee. Bed linens and towels are included. The house is equipped with air conditioning, fan, pellet stove, fireplace, and washing machine, ensuring comfort in every season.

Thanks to its central yet private location, the area is quiet and peaceful. Nearby you will find markets, bakeries, pastry shops, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, banks, post office, and the Civic Market with fresh products. The house is a few steps from the main historic monuments, including the Cathedral of Santa Chiara, the Bishop's Palace, the Elettra Theater, Piazza Sella, Piazza Lamarmora, and Piazza Oberdan. Also within a short distance are the tourist information point and that of the tourist consortium.
