The accommodation is part of a villa, separated from other areas and for your exclusive use.
Starting approximately from mid-November 2026, the accommodation will have 5 beds, divided as follows:
- One double bedroom.
- A sleeping area separated from the entrance area by a curtain, furnished with a bunk bed consisting of a French bed (140 × 200 cm) on the lower level and a single bed on the upper level.
Until about mid-November 2026, only 4 beds will be available. The accommodation also includes a kitchen, which can also be used for dinner provided it is left clean, with a TV, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc., a hallway, and a bathroom complete with sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. There is also a veranda, a large garden, parking, and a barbecue. A washing machine is available, the use of which can be arranged upon request, with a small contribution. The windows have mosquito nets.
The accommodation is equipped with a centralized air conditioning system, active according to preset schedules.
The property is located about 500 meters from the town center of Tratalias.
